VLI Diesel Division

The VLI Diesel Division specialises in the manufacture, sale, hire and maintenance of dieselpowered people carriers, along with light and heavy duty utility vehicles predominantly used inthe underground coal mining industry.

Working within the highly regulated Australian coal mining industry, we have developed a technologically advanced and compliant range of flameproof diesel powered vehicles specifically designed for use in underground coal mines. These vehicles include the Jug-A-0, Brumby and Driftrunner.

The VLI Diesel Division manufactures all vehicles in Australia ready for both the national and international markets. Our sales team covers all sites from Australia and New Zealand to China, Russia and beyond.

We pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide our clients from initial sales requests through to after sales care and maintenance. We have workshop facilities in Mackay, Emerald, Rutherford and Tomago ready to assist every maintenance and repair need and will inspect on-site if necessary with our field service team.

The VLI Diesel Division also handles all aspects of equipment hire for the coal mining industry. We have a large range of vehicles and auxiliary equipment available to suit every need from one machine to a long term fleet.
